Hopes and Dreams
Once upon a time (but not too long ago) a young woman dreamed of being a mother.
”What fun it will be” she thought to herself. “We will dance and play… I’ll sing to my children and read to them every night! I’ll work, of course, because it’s what I’ll have to do, but I’ll trust their care to only the very best people in the world!”
In time, the young woman’s dreams came true and she was blessed with a son.
“A son” she exclaimed! “I will love him with my whole heart and I will teach him all that I know. He will cook and clean, read and play sports… and he will sing (well… maybe play the clarinet).
He will be smart and yet he will still have common-sense… I’ll make sure of it!
One day, he will become a great big brother and a good friend to all!
He will grow up to be a fine man and find his princess and he will get married and begin a life of his own.
And on that day, I will dance with my son and I will be so proud of him and I will tell him how very much I love him”
Zachary,
Two months from today, you will be marrying your princess- your beautiful ballerina who has blessed our family with so much joy. I can’t wait to witness this next journey in your life. Your destination wedding seems so, so far away, especially today, but I have hopes and dreams that your day will be as special as you are.
With all my love,
Mom
