I don’t have time (or desire) to cook from scratch every day so I’ve implemented a system to Cook Once and Eat Twice that takes the pressure off me in the kitchen and keeps us out of the drive-through!
Reflections of Joy (May 2024) was written to help women change their focus from one of chronic self-improvement, to a mindset that allows them to experience joy on the journey towards overall wellness.
