Here we go again...

A new chapter in the life of this Kickboxing instructor begins tomorrow at 5:15 am!

sooooo... I'm excited! The room looks great! It's smaller than I'm used to but I'm sure it's going to heat up and pulse just like the old place did... I'm going to dole out a little bit of punching, a little bit of kicking, a little bit of core work and a whole lot of sweat.

and I'm nervous... I've been away from My Gym now for more than 7 months and something that used to be automatic has me stuck in frigging writer's block. I mean seriously- I reached a point where I could teach in my sleep and come up with some of the most successful workouts in my dreams and I can't for the life of me get anything to stick on paper that makes me happy. I'm counting on a whole lot of things to kick in and instinct to take over... go-go-go and all that jazz ;)

and I'm thankful... I've missed you... and I've missed THIS in my life. I'm looking forward to getting back into the routine of changing bodies and improving lives one punch at a time.
